On 22 August, the 'PlayStation®4 Gran Turismo™ Sport Limited Edition' was revealed at gamescom in Germany, Europe's biggest gaming convention. The bundle will include a copy of 'Gran Turismo™ Sport Day 1 Edition' plus a specially designed PlayStation®4 console and DUALSHOCK®4 wireless controller. The Limited Edition DUALSHOCK®4 will also be available as a standalone product.

The PlayStation®4 and the DUALSHOCK®4 controller are in a stylish jet black and silver two-tone colour, each adorned with a Gran Turismo logo in the centre.

New images of the upcoming 'Gran Turismo™ Sport' were also revealed. Scenes from night racing on the Nürburgring 24 Hour track were revealed for the first time. A variety of light sources at night have been recreated with high precision, including the headlights and brake lights of the race cars, as well as the light coming from campers around the track.
