- The "FIA Gran Turismo Championships" 2020 Series Nations Cup - Stage 2 Begins on June 2nd

The Nations Cup – Stage 2 of the "FIA Gran Turismo Championships" 2020 Series will take place from June 2nd to July 4th. Ranking will be based on an effective points system, with the final score tallied from the three best rounds out 10 total.
[Effective Points]
The "FIA Gran Turismo Championships" 2020 Series Nations Cup will follow the same format as last year with 10 rounds per stage, totaling 30 rounds across three stages. Stage 2 will consist of Rounds 11 to 20.
■ Stage 2 Calculation
・At the end of Rounds 12, the points from the best three rounds will count towards the final score.
・At the end of Rounds 16, the points from the best four rounds will count towards the final score.
・At the end of Rounds 20, the points from the best five rounds will count towards the final score.
Continuing into Stage 2 and beyond, the number of rounds counted towards the final score will increase, with the 8 best rounds counted after 30 rounds.
[Race Schedule and Top 16 Superstars]
The schedule below shows each Round and the Top 16 Superstars race.
■ Race Schedule
・On Tuesdays: 14:00, 15:20, 16:40, 18:00, 19:20 PDT (five races total.)
・On Saturdays: 13:00, 15:40, 18:20 PDT (three races total.)
■ 'Top 16 Superstars' Schedule
・Rounds 16, 20 (Race Time: 15:40 PDT)
・Selection Criteria: Acquired points
・Bonus Points: 50 Base Point, 0x Points Multiplier
・Entry Restriction: Up to 10 players from the same country/territory in the North America region
The standard race will commence 10 minutes after the start of the Top 16 Superstars race.
[World Tours]
According to the results of each stage, players will be selected for participation in World Tour events, which will take place at a later date. Details on the selection process and World Tour dates will be announced as soon as they have been decided.
