    By participating in FIA CERTIFIED GRAN TURISMO CHAMPIONSHIPS 2019 (the “Tournament”), each entrant (or his or her parent or legal guardian if the entrant is under the age of majority in his or her jurisdiction of residence) unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC (“Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection and scoring of entries and the overall administration of the Tournament. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Tournament.

    1. 1. ELIGIBILITY: The Tournament is open to legal residents of the 50 United States (excluding Arizona), the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec) (together as “The North America Region”), age eighteen (18) or older (and, in the case of legal residents of certain jurisdictions where the legal age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years of age, entrants must have reached such legal age of majority) at the time of entry who, prior to the commencement of the Tournament Period (as defined below), have an account on PlayStation Network (“Account”) in good standing, internet access, a PlayStation®4 system, PlayStation™Plus membership, and a valid version of Gran Turismo Sport (individually an “Entrant”, collectively “Entrants”).       These Official Rules are applicable to residents in the United States and Canada only.

      Employees of Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and related companies, agencies, and the judging panel and immediate families (defined as parents, children, siblings and spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and overseas military installations, the state of Arizona (United States), the Province of Quebec (Canada) and where prohibited or restricted by law.

    2. 2. TOURNAMENT: The Tournament consists of two (2) different competitions described below. Details of each competition are set out in Schedule A (Nations Cup) and Schedule B (Manufacturer Series).
      1. (a) FIA GT Championships Nations Cup (“Nations Cup”): The Nations Cup is a championship in which countries and territories will compete for victory. The country and territory of a player's affiliation will be automatically decided by the country/territory of their Account. There are no restrictions on the country of origin of the cars that will be driven.
      2. (b) FIA GT Championships Manufacturer Series (“Manufacturer Series”): The Manufacturer Series is a championship in which Entrants race using cars made by one type of manufacturer. Entrants will race to be the best racers for their manufacturer and will then race to beat Entrants who represent other manufacturers. Entrants shall choose their manufacturer from a predetermined list of twenty-five (25) manufacturers.

    3. 3. TOURNAMENT PERIOD AND RACE SCHEDULE: The Tournament begins on March 23, 2019 at 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) and ends on September 7, 2019 at 11:49 PM Pacific Time (PT) (“Tournament Period”). The race schedule for the Nations Cup is set out in Schedule A, and the race schedule for the Manufacturer Series is set out in Schedule B.

    4. 4. REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION: Each Entrant competing must complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release (“Affidavit”) or, if a resident of Canada, a Declaration and Release Form (“Declaration”) in accordance with the instructions listed in the notification correspondence. Sponsor must receive the completed Affidavit or Declaration by 12:00:00PM (noon) PST on September 9, 2019 or Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, disqualify Entrant. If an Entrant is considered a minor in the legal jurisdiction in which the Entrant resides, then that Entrant’s parent or legal guardian will be required to execute and return an Affidavit or Declaration (in Canada, the parent/legal guardian may also be required to provide the correct answer to the mathematical skill-testing question, if required). Non-compliance with these Official Rules, failure to return all required documentation by the stated deadline or Sponsor’s inability to contact an Entrant (using the contact information provided in his or her Entry) within a reasonable time period, as determined by Sponsor’s sole discretion, may result in disqualification.

    5. 5. GRANT OF RIGHTS: Each Entry submitted (i) must be in keeping with the Sponsor’s image (as Sponsor determines in its sole discretion), (ii) may not be inappropriate, offensive, libelous or defamatory, pornographic, sexually explicit, contain nudity, unlawful or plagiarized, (iii) must not be harassing, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, profane, obscene, excessively violent, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable or offensive in any way, (iv) may not violate or encourage others to violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation, (v) may not defame or invade publicity rights or privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any person’s personal or property right or any other third party right, (vi) may not contain commercial or corporate advertising, including display of corporate logos, brand names and slogans, other than those relating to Sponsor, (vii) may not include references to alcoholic beverages, tobacco/vaping, drug paraphernalia, firearms or any depiction or representation thereof and (viii) may not include any virus, worm, corrupt file, Trojan horse or other forms of corruptive code or content that may harm or compromise Sponsor’s web site or the proper conduct of the Tournament. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the accuracy or truthfulness of any information contained within a submitted Entry. Sponsor has the right in its sole discretion to determine if any Entry is not appropriate for publication in the Tournament or for any other public release and if Entry is in compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify an Entry for any reason. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding with respect to all matters relating to this Tournament.

    6. 6.     7. 7. LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY: Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, advertising and Tournament agencies, and all of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate Entry information; human errors; technical malfunctions; failures, omissions, interruptions, deletions, or defects of any telephone network, computer online system, computer equipment, servers, providers, or software, including any injury or damage to Entrant's or any other person's computer relating to participation or inability to participate in the Tournament; inability to access the Site or upload information or data; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Entries; data that is processed late or incorrectly or is incomplete or lost due to telephone, computer, or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on telephone lines or the Internet or any website (including the Site) or for any other reason whatsoever; printing or other errors; or any combination thereof. Proof of uploading information or data or entering information at the Site is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. Illegible, duplicate and incomplete Entries will be disqualified. False, fraudulent, or deceptive Entries or acts shall render Entrants ineligible and all associated Entries will be void.

    8. 8. INDEMNITY: Entrant shall indemnify and defend Sponsor its parent companies, each of Sponsor’s advertising agencies, and the officers, directors, employees, and agents of all of the foregoing and the successors and assigns of each of them, from and against actions, claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable counsel fees related to (i) Entrant/Entrant Travel Companion’s use or enjoyment of, or participation in any prize(ii) the Sponsor’s use of any of the materials submitted by Entrant in connection with this Tournament or (iii) any intentional misconduct or negligence by Entrant in connection with this Tournament.

    9. 9. RELEASES: As a condition of participating in the Tournament, Entrants release Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, agencies, divisions and affiliates from liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including property damage, personal injury and death that may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in the Tournament, or possession, acceptance or use of prize or participation in any Tournament-related activities and claims based on publicity rights, copyright or trademark infringement, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery.

    10. 10. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Potential winning Entrants are subject to Sponsor’s verification. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Tournament. Potential winners must comply with the Official Rules, and receipt of prizes is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures, malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions or unforeseen schedule changes that may limit an Entrant’s ability to participate in the Tournament, even if caused by Sponsor’s negligence. Sponsor has the sole discretion to modify, cancel or suspend this Tournament should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control affect the administration, security or proper play of the Tournament or Sponsor otherwise becomes incapable of running the Tournament as planned. Sponsor is not responsible for changes to Entrant’s contact information. No illegible, incomplete, forged or altered Entries will be accepted. Sponsor has the sole discretion to disqualify Entrants who violate these Official Rules, tamper with the operation of the Tournament or engage in any conduct that is deemed, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, to be harassing, detrimental or unfair to Sponsor, the Tournament or any other Entrant.

    11. 11. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION: Information collected in connection with the Tournament will be collected in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.playstation.com/en-us/legal/privacy-policy/ . By participating in the Promotion, each entrant agrees to the terms of Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

    12. 12. WINNER LIST: To obtain a winner list by mail, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to “Gran Turismo / FIA Online Series”, Attn: SIE Gran Turismo Marketing, 2207 Bridgepointe Parkway, San Mateo, CA 94404. Sponsor will send requested winner lists within 4-6 weeks after all prizes are awarded. Requests for the winner list must be received by September 21, 2019.

    SCHEDULE A – NATIONS CUP


      1. HOW TO ENTER THE NATIONS CUP ONLINE SERIES:
        1.1. Entrants enter by playing in the Nations Cup Online Series set of races via the ‘Sport’ mode within the Game. Entrants must select and confirm they want to participate in the Nations Cup prior to starting each race.
        1.2. The Nations Cup Online Series consists of four (4) Stages, each with ten (10) Rounds, as detailed in Section 2 of Schedule A.
        1.3. Race dates denoted with an asterisk (*) mark in the race schedule indicate the “Top 16 Superstars” races (as described in Section 5).
        1.4. Entrants are awarded points based on:
          1.4.1. their final position in each race; and
          1.4.2. the average driver rating of the Entrants they race against in each race.
        1.5. Points will be tallied at the end of a series of Rounds, under each Stage, as follows (the “Final Score”):
          1.5.1. Nations Cup: Entrants must participate in races during the Nations Cup Online Series to gain points, which will be used to calculate their overall ranking. Each Entrant’s overall ranking shall determine whether they will be invited to World Tour Live Events and progress within the competition. Entrants’ Final Score shall be calculated as follows:
            1.5.1.1. Stage 1: The Final Score is tallied from the Entrant’s best three (3) Rounds, out of ten (10) Rounds (cumulative from Round 1 to Round 10).
            1.5.1.2. Stage 2: The Final Score is tallied from the Entrant’s best five (5) Rounds, out of twenty (20) Rounds (cumulative from Round 1 to Round 20).
            1.5.1.3. Stage 3: The Final Score is tallied from the Entrant’s eight (8) best Rounds, out of thirty (30) Rounds (cumulative from Round 1 to Round 30).
            1.5.1.4. Stage 4: The Final Score is tallied from the Entrant’s ten (10) best Rounds, out of forty (40) Rounds (cumulative from Round 1 to Round 40).
        There are three (3) races per Round. Entrants may participate in any race, at any Stage at their discretion. However, only the points earned in the last race of the day will count towards their Online Ranking for that Round. (i.e. if an Entrant competes in three races in Round 7 on 13 April 2019, only the points earned in the last race (3rd) will be counted).
        The Final Score applicable to each Stage, determines the position of each Entrant in the “Online Ranking”.

    3. STAR PLAYERS:
        3.1. Entrants will be eligible to register as a Star Player if they are either:
          3.1.1. in the top 140 in the Online Rankings at the end of the previous Stage; or
          3.1.2. in the top 10 in the Online Rankings in their Entrant Country.
          3.1.3. Once an Entrant meets one of the conditions set out in Section 3.1 of Schedule A, they will receive an in-game notification in the Game, notifying them that they are eligible. Once they have received this notification, Entrants may register to become a Star Player by visiting gran-turismo.com. It is the Entrant’s responsibility to actively register as a Star Player.
          3.1.4. Registered star players (hereafter referred to as “Star Players”) will have an ‘S’ driver rating and shall be eligible to participate in the “Top 16 Superstars” race described in Section 4 of Schedule A.
          3.1.5. Once an Entrant has earned a Star Player driver rating, their rating shall apply to their driving profile for one successive Stage of the Online Series only.

    4. TOP 16 SUPERSTARS RACE:
        4.1. Top 16 Superstars Races will take place periodically throughout the Online Series.
        4.2. Entrants who compete in the “Top 16 Superstars” races will be eligible to win bonus points during the Online Series.
        4.3. Each Entrant must be a Star Player to register for a “Top 16 Superstars” race.
        4.4. Entrants may register to join a “Top 16 Superstars” race up to fifteen (15) minutes prior to the scheduled start of each race.
        4.5. For each “Top 16 Superstars” race, the 16 most highly ranked Star Players who have registered for the applicable race will be selected to participate. This ranking may be based on each Entrant’s driver rating or the total number of points acquired in the applicable Stage. The way in which Star Players are ranked for the purposes of “Top 16 Superstars” race selection shall be defined prior to the start of each “Top 16 Superstars” race.
        4.6. For the Nations Cup, there can be no more than ten (10) Star Players from each Entrant Country who can race in a “Top 16 Superstars” race.
        4.7. If prior to the start of a “Top 16 Superstars” race, fewer than 16 Star Players have been selected, the restrictions set out in Sections 4.5 and 4.6 of Schedule A will not apply. Star Players will thereafter be selected based on their Online Ranking, as applicable.

    5. WINNER SELECTION:
        5.1. The top three (3) Entrants with the highest points at the end of each Stage qualify to participate at the next Nations Cup World Tour Live Event. Nations Cup World Tour Live Event Date and Venues are found here: https://www.gran-turismo.com/world/gtsport/fia2019/detail/. A maximum of two (2) Entrants will be selected from each country. This means that an Entrant ranked 3rd or lower amongst Entrants from their country cannot be a winner even if their score is higher than an Entrant placed in the top two (2) of another country.
        5.2. In the event of a tie, the Entrant with the higher driver rating will win. If the tied Entrants have equal driver ratings, the Entrant with the higher sportsmanship rating wins. If the tied Entrants have equal driver ratings and equal sportsmanship ratings, the Entrant who played Gran Turismo Sport using their Account at the earliest date wins.
        5.3. All winner selections will be subject to confirmation by the Sponsor. Sponsor’s decisions with respect to the determination of winners and all aspects of the Tournament will be final and binding. Each potential winning Entrant will be notified via email. The potential winning Entrant must respond to Sponsor’s prize notification email within 10 business days from the date and time of the Sponsor’s prize notification email. Winning Entrants from Canada may also be required to correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question at a pre-arranged, mutually convenient time. In the event that the potential winning Entrant does not respond to Sponsor’s prize notification email within the specified time, the prize notification email is returned as undeliverable, or the Entrant incorrectly responds to the mathematical skill-testing question (Canada Entrants only) a new winner will be chosen based on the next-highest points accumulated in Stage 4. Alternate winners will be contacted via email and must respond to the Sponsor’s prize notification email within two (2) business days from that date and time of the Sponsor’s prize notification email.

    6. PRIZES: Twelve (12) prizes will be available to be won in the Nations Cup as follows:
        6.1. Each Entrant will receive an invitation to attend and participate in the FIA Certified Gran Turismo Championships Live Event which includes:
          6.1.1. Round trip coach class airfare for one (1) from major airport nearest to winner’s home to Live Event location (TBD);
          6.1.2. Up to four (4) nights double occupancy hotel accommodations (includes nightly room rate and applicable tax only);
          6.1.3. Transportation to and from Live Event; and
          6.1.4. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided during the Live Event.
          6.1.5. The approximate retail value for each prize is $3,000.00 USD.
        6.2. All prize travel details will be at Sponsor’s discretion. Prize will be forfeited if winner is unable to travel during designated time period which will be confirmed by the Sponsor via email following the end of each Stage. All winners must possess all required travel documents, including visas and valid passports. Each confirmed winner and his/her travel companion must be legally able to travel to the US (Canada residents only) or country determined by Sponsor, if applicable. Sponsor is not liable if a winner and/or his/her guest (if applicable?) is/are refused entry or re-entry into the US, Canada, or the country confirmed by Sponsor. If, for any reason, travel is delayed, impeded or refused by Canada, US, or other immigration/border control authorities, the prize may be forfeited (in whole or in part) and winner and/or his/her guest will be solely responsible for any additional expenses incurred. No compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Airline tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades or frequent flyer miles. All airline tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. If in the judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsors' sole discretion.

        Winner must comply with any applicable hotel check-in requirements, such as presentation of a major credit card. Room taxes and other hotel fees may not be included and if applicable may be payable at the time of check-out by the winner or guest. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, which may include but not be limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the sole responsibility of winner.

        The ARV for travel prizes is an estimate made before the Tournament begins and may vary depending upon points of departure and destination and fare fluctuations. The winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the estimate made in these Official Rules.

        The restrictions and conditions stated herein are not all-inclusive and the described above may be subject to additional restrictions and conditions, which may be stated in any correspondence with Sponsor or other travel documents.
        6.3. The total ARV of all of the prizes in Nations Cup is $36,000.00 USD.
        6.4. Please allow 6 weeks for prize delivery. Taxes on prize, if any, are solely the responsibility of the winner. Winners of a prize valued at $600 or more will receive a Federal Tax Form 1099. We recommend that you consult with your tax advisor if you have further questions. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or a prize component of equal or greater value in its sole discretion, unless such substitution is prohibited by law. Sponsor may disqualify a winner and select an alternate winner if any prize is declined or returned as undeliverable. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash substitute will be provided except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor need not substitute a prize based on the winner’s request.


    SCHEDULE B – MANUFACTURER SERIES

    1. HOW TO ENTER THE MANUFACTURER SERIES ONLINE SERIES
        1.1 Entrants shall enter the Competition by selecting the Manufacturer Series option within the Sports Mode section of the Game, prior to the start of each race.
        1.2 The Manufacturer Series Online Series shall consist of two (2) Stages, preceded by a Pre-Season, each with ten (10) Rounds, as detailed here:

        1.3 Race dates denoted with an * mark indicate the “Top 16 Superstars” races (as described in paragraph 1.11 of this Schedule B).
        1.4 Entrants race to represent one (1) of the following twenty-five (25) manufacturers (each a “Manufacturer”): Alfa Romeo, Aston Martin, Audi, BMW, Chevrolet, Citroën, Dodge, Ferrari, Ford, Honda, Hyundai, Jaguar, Lamborghini, Lexus, Mazda, McLaren, Mercedes-Benz, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Peugeot, Porsche, Renault Sport, Subaru, Toyota and Volkswagen.
        1.5 Entrants from across the following five (5) regions will compete: (a) EMEA; (b) North America; (c) Central & South America; (d) Asia; and (e) Oceania (each a “Region”))
        1.6 Entrants shall be awarded points based on:
          1.6.1 their final position in each race; and
          1.6.2 the average driver rating of the Entrants they race against in each race.
        1.7 Entrants must participate in races during the Manufacturer Series Online Series to gain points which shall be used to calculate their overall ranking.
        1.8 Each Entrant’s overall ranking shall determine whether they will be invited to Live Events. Points will be tallied at the end of a series of Rounds, under each Stage, as follows (the “Final Score”):
          Pre-Season: The Final Score is tallied from an Entrant’s best three (3) Round scores at the end of ten (10) Rounds. The Pre-Season is used to determine a “Star Player” eligibility only (which carries over for one successive Stage).
          Points will be reset at the end of the Pre-Season.
          Stage 1: The Final Score is tallied from an Entrant’s best three (3) Round scores at the end of ten (10) Rounds (cumulative from Round 1 to Round 10).
          Stage 2: The Final Score is tallied from an Entrant’s best five (5) Round scores at the end of twenty (20) Rounds (cumulative from Round 1 to Round 20).
        Entrants may participate in any race, at any Stage at their discretion. However, only the points earned in the last race of the day will count towards their Online Ranking for that Round. (i.e. if an Entrant competes in three races in Round 7 on 13 April 2019, only the points earned in the last race (3rd) will be counted).
        1.9 The Final Score applicable to each Stage, determines the position of each Entrant in the “Online Ranking”.
        1.10 Following the end of Stage 1 (or Round 10), one (1) Entrant may proceed to the Manufacturer Series World Tour 4 Live Event, if their manufacturer and Region are selected (as defined in section 3), (a “Live Event Finalist”).
        1.11 Following the end of Stage 2 (or Round 20), one (1) Entrant may proceed to the (a) Manufacturer Series World Tour 5 Live Event (and also become the Live Event Finalist); and (b) the Manufacturer Series World Final, if their Manufacturer and Region are selected (as defined in section 3 below) (a “World Finalist”)
        1.12 Star Players
          1.12.1 Subject to sections 1.12.2 and 1.12.3 below, Entrants shall be eligible to register as a Star Player if they are either:
            1.12.1.1 in the top 140 in the Online Rankings at the end of the previous Stage; or
            1.12.1.2 in the top 5 in the Online Rankings in their Manufacturer.
          1.12.2 Once an Entrant meets one of the conditions set out in section 1.10.1 of this Schedule B, they shall receive an in-game notification on Gran Turismo™ Sport, notifying them that they are eligible. Once they have received this notification, Entrants may register to become a Star Player by visiting gran-turismo.com. It is the Entrant’s responsibility to actively register as a Star Player.
          1.12.3 Registered star players (hereafter referred to as “Star Players”) shall have an ‘S’ driver rating and shall be eligible to participate in the “Top 16 Superstars” race set out in section 1.11 of this Schedule B.
          1.12.4 Once an Entrant has earned a Star Player driver rating, their rating shall apply to their driving profile for one successive Stage of the Online Series only.
        1.13 Top 16 Superstars Race
          1.13.1 Top 16 Superstars Races shall take place periodically throughout the Online Series. In accordance with paragraph 1.3, Superstar races are marked with an * mark in the race schedule at section 1.2.
          1.13.2 Entrants who compete in the “Top 16 Superstars” races shall be eligible to win bonus points during the Online Series.
          1.13.3 Each Entrant must be a Star Player to register for a “Top 16 Superstars” race.
          1.13.4 Entrants may register to join a “Top 16 Superstars” race up to fifteen (15) minutes prior to the scheduled start of each race.
          1.13.5 For each “Top 16 Superstars” race, the 16 most highly ranked Star Players who have registered for the applicable race shall be selected to participate. This ranking may be based on each Entrant’s driver rating or the total number of points acquired in the applicable season. The way in which Star Players are ranked for the purposes of “Top 16 Superstars” race selection shall be defined prior to the start of each “Top 16 Superstars” race.
          1.13.6 For the Manufacturer Series, there can be no more than two (2) Star Players from each Manufacturer who can race in a “Top 16 Superstars” race.
          1.13.7 If prior to the start of a “Top 16 Superstars” race, fewer than 16 Star Players have been selected, the restrictions set out in sections 1.13.5 and 1.13.6 shall no longer apply. Star Players will thereafter be selected based on their Online Ranking, as applicable.
        1.14 Live Event Finalist Prizes: Up to 12 prizes will be available to be won in the Manufacturer Series as follows:
          1.14.1 an invitation to attend and participate in the next Live Event (as defined in section 2.1 of Schedule B);
          1.14.2 round trip coach class flights for one (1) from major airport nearest to winner’s home to Live Event location (as applicable, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion);
          1.14.3 four (4) nights double occupancy hotel accommodation for the duration of the Live Event;
          1.14.4 transport to and from the airport, bus terminal or train station (as appropriate) to the accommodation, on the dates of the inbound and outbound flights/buses/trains;
          1.14.5 return transport from the accommodation to the venue of the relevant Live Event; and
          1.14.6 breakfast, lunch, and dinner during Live Event.
          1.14.7 The approximate retail value for each prize is $3,000 USD.
        1.15 The World Finalist Prizes: Up to 12 prizes will be available to be won in the Manufacturer Series as follows:
          1.15.1 an invitation to attend and participate in the “FIA Certified Gran Turismo™ Championships 2019 Finals” which is a live event during which the 2019 Nations Cup World Final and the 2019 Manufacturer Series World Final shall take place (the “World Final”);
          1.15.2 round trip coach class flights for one (1) from major airport nearest to winner’s home to the World Final (as applicable, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion);
          1.15.3 Up to 4 nights double occupancy hotel accommodation for the duration of the World Final;
          1.15.4 transport to and from the airport, bus terminal or train station (as appropriate) to the accommodation, on the dates of the inbound and outbound flights/buses/trains;
          1.15.5 return transport from the accommodation to the venue of the World Final; and
          1.15.6 breakfast, lunch, and dinner during the World Final.
          1.15.7 The approximate retail value for each prize is $3,000 USD.
        information relating to travel and accommodation shall be confirmed by Sponsor, and/or Polyphony Digital Inc. on behalf of the Sponsor, by email following the end of each Stage (as set out in section 1.2), (together the “Online Series Prizes”, each an “Online Series Prize”).

    1. 2. Manufacturer Series World Tour Live Events
        2.1 The Manufacturer Series World Tour Live Events are live events during which Entrants shall race in an exhibition showcase event (each a “Live Event”).
        2.2 The Manufacturer Series Live Events shall be:
          World Tour 3: for Entrants qualifying after the 2019 Pre-Season (as detailed in section 1.8, above);
          World Tour 4: for Entrants qualifying at the end of Stage 1 (Round 10) (as detailed in section 1.10, above); and
          World Tour 5: for Entrants qualifying at the end of Stage 2 (Round 20) (as detailed in section 1.11, above).
        2.3 Races during the Manufacturer Series Live Events are for exhibition only; and Entrants do not earn points to compete in the Manufacturer Series World Final.
        2.4 The Live Event shall take place at a date and location to be confirmed by the Sponsor, and/or Polyphony Digital Inc on behalf of the Sponsor, by email following the end of each Stage. The Live Events are expected to take place in June, August, September, October, and November 2019 in different cities around the world.
        2.5 The rules for each Live Event will be set out by Polyphony Digital prior to the commencement of each event.
        2.6 Each Manufacturer Series Live Event Winner and Runner-Up shall win a trophy.
        2.7 Prizes listed in section 2.6 are the “Live Event Prizes”.
        2.8 In order to claim the invitation to the Live Event each Live Event Finalist must respond appropriately to the Sponsor’s notification email within two (2) weeks from the date of the Sponsor’s notification email, and provide their full name, and date of birth. The postal address provided must match any postal address provided at the time of entry, or a Winner may be disqualified.

    2. 3. Selection of Live Event Finalists and World Finalists
        3.1 The selection of Live Event Finalists and World Finalists is determined by a combination of the following criteria:
          3.1.1 top-scoring Entrants;
          3.1.2 the Top 12 Manufacturers (selected in accordance with section 3.3);
          3.1.3 the three Representative Regions (as defined in section 3.5).
        3.2 A total of three (3) Live Event Finalists or World Finalists (as applicable) will be selected to represent each Manufacturer at a Live Event or at the World Final (as applicable); each from a Representative Region.
        3.3 A total of twelve (12) Manufacturers will compete at each Live Event, selected according to the following criteria (in order of precedence) (the “Top 12”):
          3.3.1 The Competition’s official Manufacturer Partner or “Works Team”; and
          3.3.2 The Global Manufacturer Ranking (as defined in section 3.4 below).
        3.4 At the end of each Stage, a “Global Manufacturer Ranking” will be created, according to the following process:
          3.4.1 the Entrant who holds the highest-points in each Region, for each Manufacturer, at the end of each Round will be taken into consideration to create a “Manufacturer Standing”;
          3.4.2 Points are assigned to each Manufacturer at the end of each Round based on their standing, to create the Manufacturer Ranking, as follows:

          3.4.3 This process is repeated for all five Regions, and the Manufacturer Ranking Points from all five Regions will be tallied to determine the “Global Manufacturer Ranking”.
        3.5 At the end of each Stage, the Global Manufacturer Ranking is calculated and the Top 12 are determined. This will be published on https://www.gran-turismo.com/world/gtsport/sportmode/ and also under the “Sport” section of the game.
        3.6 The top three (3) Regions to have scored the highest Manufacturer Ranking Points (each a “Representative Region”) for each of the Top 12 Manufacturers will proceed to a Live Event or World Final.
        3.7 If two or more Regions have the same Ranking Points when determining the Representative Region, the priority will go to the Region with the largest number of players for that Manufacturer.
        3.8 In the event that a Live Event Finalist or World Finalist is unable to attend a Live Event or the World Final (as appropriate), the Entrant with the highest Stage score from the Region with the next highest ranking points may be invited to become a Live Event Finalist or World Finalist (as appropriate) and shall be notified as such by Polyphony Digital Inc.
        3.9 Finalists shall be notified of their selection after the conclusion of the Online Series and can choose to claim their Prize at that time. The Sponsor shall provide information relating to the Live Events by email to the email address provided by the Entrant in the GT Sport Mode registration form.




    Terms and Conditions – Specific Rules for “TOYOTA GR Supra GT Cup” Competition – U.S. and Canada (North America Region)

    TOYOTA Competition and Entry Requirements

    1. The “TOYOTA GR Supra GT Cup” competition (“TOYOTA Competition”) is open to persons who meet the Minimum Age Requirement (as defined below) and who are residents of the 50 United States (excluding Arizona), the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec) (“Entrant Countries”) except employees, agents, contractors or consultants of the Sponsor (as defined below) and their immediate families, the Sponsor's associated companies and anyone else professionally connected with the TOYOTA Competition (“Entrants”).
    2. The “Sponsor” is: TOYOTA Motor Corporation, 1 Toyota-cho, Toyta City, Aichi, 471-8571, Japan. The “Administrator” is: Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC, 2207 Bridgepointe Parkway, San Mateo, CA 94404 USA.
    3. The minimum age requirement is 18 years old. In the case of legal residents of certain jurisdictions where the legal age of majority is greater than 18 years of age, Entrants must have reached such legal age of majority at the time of entry (the “Minimum Age Requirement”).
    4. The TOYOTA Competition begins on April 27, 2019 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) ("Opening Date") and ends on September 7, 2019 at 11:59 PM PT ("Closing Date"). The period from the Opening Date Closing Date shall be referred to as the “TOYOTA Competition Period”.
    5. In order to enter the TOYOTA Competition, Entrants must complete the GT Sport Mode registration form which shall be presented to Entrants who select the ‘Sport’ mode option within the Game during the TOYOTA Competition Period. Entrants must then select to play in the “TOYOTA GR Supra GT Cup 2019” Online Series set of races (each an “Entry”). Entrants must own or have access to a PlayStation®4 system and a copy of Gran Turismo™ Sport for the PlayStation®4 system (“Game”). Entrants must also have a valid PlayStation®Plus membership during the TOYOTA Competition Period. By entering the TOYOTA Competition, entrants accept and will be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”).
    6. Information collected in connection with the TOYOTA Competition will be collected in accordance with Administrator’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.playstation.com/en-us/legal/privacy-policy/. By participating in the TOYOTA Competition, each Entrant agrees to the terms of Administrator’s Privacy Policy.
    7. Entrant personal data (including PSN Online ID and Entrant email address) will be shared with TOYOTA Motor Corporation (Japan) so that the TOYOTA Finalists and TOYOTA Winners can be contacted directly by TOYOTA. All personal data is controlled and processed by TOYOTA in accordance with the TOYOTA Privacy Policy (https://toyotagazooracing.com/privacy-policy/).
    8. Each Entrant may only submit one (1) entry for the TOYOTA Competition. For the avoidance of doubt, the FIA Nations Cup and FIA Manufacturers Series are different tournaments to the TOYOTA Competition. All competitions listed under the ‘Sport’ mode of the Game, shall involve online races at different times.
    9. It is prohibited for Entrant(s) to create duplicate accounts in order to compete or to increase their chances of qualifying or progressing through the TOYOTA Competition. In such event, the Sponsor reserves its right, at its sole discretion to disqualify such Entrant(s).
    10. Prizes (are defined below) must be taken as stated and may not be deferred. There will be no cash alternatives; however, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any Prize with a prize of a similar value.
    11. The Sponsor cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any problem which may result in any TOYOTA Competition entry or other correspondence being lost or not being properly registered.
    12. In the event of a dispute, the Sponsor’s decision is final.
    13. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the TOYOTA Competition or amend these Terms at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion or if circumstances arise outside its control.
    14. If any Prize is found to be ineffective, faulty or damaged upon receipt, the Sponsor must be notified in writing within seven (7) days of receipt, otherwise the Prize will be deemed to be accepted as received. This does not affect a Winner’s and/or a Runner-Up’s statutory rights (if any).
    15. Each TOYOTA Winner and TOYOTA Runner-Up agrees to take part in any reasonable publicity required by the Sponsor.
    16. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms or incorrect, illegible, fraudulent or other invalid or improper information has been provided, the Sponsor may in its sole discretion refuse to process an entry or fulfill any Prize awarded. If an Entrant fails to comply with these Terms, or uses multiple accounts and/or any automated system to enter, they will be excluded from the TOYOTA Competition and their entry will be declared void.
    17. Each TOYOTA Winner and each Runner-Up may be required to pay tax on any Prize won in accordance with their jurisdiction’s tax legislation and will be responsible for any related tax liability.
    18. Each Entrant competing must complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release (“Affidavit”) or, if a resident of Canada, a Declaration and Release Form (“Declaration”) in accordance with the instructions listed in the notification correspondence. Sponsor must receive the completed Affidavit or Declaration by 12:00:00PM (noon) PST on September 9, 2019 or Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, disqualify Entrant. Non-compliance with these Official Rules, failure to return all required documentation by the stated deadline or Sponsor’s inability to contact an Entrant (using the contact information provided in his or her Entry) within a reasonable time period (but in any case no longer than ten (10) calendar days), as determined by Sponsor’s sole discretion, may result in disqualification.
    19. The Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, publish each Winner’s and each Runner-Up’s name on the Sponsor’s website(s). Each Winner’s and each Runner-Up’s name will be made available on reasonable request to those enclosing a self-addressed envelope marked ‘TOYOTA GR Supra GT Cup’ to the following address: TOYOTA Motor Corporation, 1 Toyota-cho, Toyta City, Aichi, 471-8571, Japan within six (6) weeks of the Closing Date.

    20. The TOYOTA Online Series
    21. The TOYOTA Competition begins with the Online Series.
    22. Entrants race using the Toyota ‘GR Supra RZ’ car only. Entrants compete in-Game through an Online Series to earn a spot at the TOYOTA Final.
    23. The Online Series consists of thirteen (13) Rounds, as detailed here:

    25. Entrants shall be awarded points based on:
        23.1 their final position in each race; and
        23.2 the average driver rating of the Entrants they race against in each race.
    26. The Final Score is tallied from the Entrant’s best five (5) Rounds, out of thirteen (13) Rounds. There will be only one (1) race entry per Round.
    27. The Final Score determines the position of each Entrant in the “Online Ranking”.
    28. Following the end of the Online Series, three (3) competitors from the North America Region with the highest Final Score (each a “North America Finalist”) shall proceed to the TOYOTA GR Supra GT Cup Final Live Event (the “TOYOTA Final”).
    29. Three (3) prizes will be available to be won in the TOYOTA Competition. Each prize consists of the following:
          27.1 an invitation to attend and participate in the TOYOTA Final;
          27.2 one round-trip economy class airfare for one (1) from major airport nearest to North America Finalists’ home to the TOYOTA Final (as applicable, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion);
          27.3 two (2) nights double occupancy hotel accommodation for the duration of the TOYOTA Final (choice of accommodation, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion);
          27.4 transport to and from the airport, bus terminal or train station (as appropriate) to the accommodation, on the dates of the inbound and outbound flights/buses/trains;
          27.5 return transport from the accommodation to the venue of the relevant TOYOTA Final; and
          27.6 breakfast, lunch, and dinner during the TOYOTA Final,
      information relating to travel and accommodation shall be confirmed by Sponsor, and/or Administrator on behalf of the Sponsor, by email following the end of the Online Series (as set out in paragraph 1.2), (together the “Online Series Prizes”, each an “Online Series Prize”).
      The approximate retail value for each prize is $3,000.00 USD.

    30. The TOYOTA Final
    31. The TOYOTA Final is one (1) Live Event during which the North America Finalists shall race to determine the TOYOTA GR Supra GT Cup Final Live Event Winner (the “TOYOTA Cup Winner”).
    32. The TOYOTA Final shall take place at the Tokyo Motor Show on October 25-26, 2019 in Tokyo, Japan.
    33. The rules for the TOYOTA Final will be set out by Polyphony Digital prior to the commencement of the event.
    34. The 3 North America Finalists shall, subject to the Country Cap (as defined in clause 35) compete in the TOYOTA Final.
    35. There shall be a maximum of two (2) North America Finalists per Entrant Country (the “Country Cap”), up to a maximum of three (3) North America Finalists in total from the North America Region. Where an Entrant is ranked third in their Entrant Country, the next highest-ranking Entrant from a different Entrant Country shall advance to the TOYOTA Final (for North America). This means that an Entrant ranked 3rd or lower amongst the Entrants from their Entrant Country cannot be a North America Finalist even if their score is higher than an Entrant placed in the top 2 of another Entrant Country.
    36. Subject to the Country Cap, in the event that a North America Finalist is unable to attend the TOYOTA Final, the Entrant with the next-highest Online Ranking (who is not already a Finalist) may be invited to participate in the TOYOTA Final for the North America Region and shall be notified as such by the Sponsor.
    37. The “TOYOTA Final Winner” shall be the finalist with the highest score from all applicable Live Event races. The “Runners-Up” shall be the finalists with the second and third highest score from all applicable Live Event races.
    38. The TOYOTA Final Winner shall be notified of their selection after the conclusion of the Live Event and can choose to claim their TOYOTA Cup Prize at that time. The Sponsor shall provide information relating to the TOYOTAL Final to the TOYOTA Finalists by email to the email address provided in the GT Sport Mode registration form.
    39. The TOYOTA Final Winner will win a trophy. Two (2) Runners-Up will win a trophy each.
