The Gran Turismo World Series makes its Southeast Asia debut on Saturday, October 3, when Round 3 of the 2026 Championship rolls into Singapore, bringing the world’s premier virtual racing series to one of Asia’s most dynamic cities for the first time.
Hosted at the iconic Sands Theatre at Marina Bay Sands, the event opens with a special East Asia Gran Turismo Cup exhibition race featuring top drivers from across the region. The action then shifts to the Manufacturers Cup, where 12 competitors from the Americas Region will fight for valuable World Series points in a final push before the World Finals in Tokyo this December.
The spotlight then turns to the Nations Cup, with 12 of the world’s best drivers battling for crucial championship points ahead of the season finale.
Experience the intensity as the world’s top Gran Turismo racers go wheel-to-wheel inside the impressive Sands Theatre at Marina Bay Sands.

About the World Series
Modern automotive racing traces its origins to 1894 in Paris. More than a century later, the Gran Turismo World Series began in 2018 as the “motorsport of the future,” an official competition to crown the world’s best Gran Turismo driver.
The 2026 World Series will unfold across four Global Events, where the top drivers from the Online Qualifiers and seeded entries will compete for the championship title.

This championship features the top-ranked manufacturers from the Online Qualifiers, joined by official partners Toyota and Mazda, for a total of 12 teams. In Singapore, each team will be represented by its leading driver from the Americas Region. Their teammates from the EMEA and Asia-Oceania regions compete in Rounds 1 and 2, respectively. Points are awarded at each round and at the World Finals in December, when all three teammates will race together for the Manufacturers Cup title.
The Nations Cup is a competition in which drivers represent their home country or territory. The field brings together 12 of the world’s best, combining the top qualifiers from each region’s Online Qualifiers with the top three drivers from the 2025 World Series Points Ranking, who enter as seeds. Singapore will be their final chance to add to their World Series points total before heading to the World Finals in Tokyo, where one driver will be crowned World Champion.
