The 7th edition of GT Academy will start its online qualifiers from 21 April 2015 within Gran Turismo 6, exclusively on PlayStation®3.

The top qualifiers from each eligible country will be invited to participate in National Final events.

Please note that those who do not live in the participating countries listed below can still enjoy the content of the online events, however they will not be included in the final selection process. Please note that in order to join this event you need to update Gran Turismo 6 to the latest version by connecting your PlayStation®3 online.


About the GT Academy
The GT Academy is an innovative program in which top players of Gran Turismo are given the opportunity to become a real life professional race driver. This is a global project in which players who prove their skill on Gran Turismo become Nismo Athlete candidates, and gives them a chance to receive the training and the license for competing professionally in international races.

This competition that was started in 2008 in a collaboration between Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, Nissan Europe, and Polyphony Digital immediately expanded its reach to countries around the globe. Its graduates are now active in the forefront of motorsports, in a variety of races including the 24 hours of Le Mans, Blancpain Endurance Series, GP3 Series, and more.
