The Polestar 5 Time Trial Challenge 2025, a new time trial event from Polestar, will begin on Thursday, December 4. The player who finishes at the top of the overall rankings will receive an invitation to attend the World Series 2025 World Finals – Fukuoka.

The car used for this time trial will be the Polestar 5 Performance ’26, first unveiled at the Gran Turismo World Series Round 3 – Los Angeles live event and recently added to Gran Turismo 7 through the Spec III update. The setting for the event will be Brands Hatch Indy Circuit, a celebrated British motorsport venue known for its dramatic elevation changes.

The time trial will run from Thursday, December 4 through Thursday, December 11. You can enter the event from the Online Time Trials menu within the Sport pavilion on the Gran Turismo 7 World Map.

Participation Requirements

To participate in the Polestar 5 Time Trial Challenge 2025, players must be at least 18 years old at the time of the time trial (21 years old for players in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates).

This event is open to players in the following countries/territories:

Invitation to the Gran Turismo World Series 2025 World Finals – Fukuoka for the winner and a guest

The number one globally ranked Polestar 5 Time Trial Challenge 2025 player will be invited (subject to the competition’s Terms & Conditions) to attend the Gran Turismo World Series 2025 World Finals in Fukuoka, Japan, on December 20–21, and will receive the following prize for two (the winner and a guest):

　- Return flight, bus or train ticket to the venue of the World Series 2025 World Finals – Fukuoka
　- Premium Seat 2-Day Pass to attend the World Series 2025 World Finals - Fukuoka
　- Hotel accommodation during the World Series 2025 World Finals – Fukuoka
　- Return ticket from the airport, train station or bus terminal to the hotel

All players who enter the Polestar 5 Time Trial Challenge 2025 and record a lap time in the rankings will receive a Polestar 5 Performance ’26 (Car Ticket). This reward will be distributed in-game once the time trial concludes.
