The following is a list of the main features and adjustments introduced for a new Gran Turismo 7 update.

Main Features

1. Cars
　- The following four cars join the lineup:
　　・Caterham Seven Superlight R500 '08 (sold in Brand Central)
　　・Hyundai IONIQ 6 N '25 (sold in Brand Central)
　　・Toyota Chaser Tourer V '97 (sold at the Used Cars dealership)
　　・Toyota Mark II Tourer V '97 (sold at the Used Cars dealership)

2. World Circuits
　- The following new events hare now part of World Circuits:
　　・Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya GP Layout No Chicane

　　・Suzuka Circuit
　　　- World Touring Car 600
　　・Kyoto Driving Park - Yamagiwa
　　　- Japanese FR Challenge 450

　- "Circuit Experience" has been added to the following track:

3. Brand Central
　- A new Channel and Museum section for Caterham has been added for Europe (United Kingdom).

4. Café
　- There are new sets of conversations with the characters appearing in the café. These new conversations can be accessed by changing to the following cars in Garage and speaking with the characters in the café:

Other Improvements and Adjustments

1. Physics Simulation Model
　- The tire physics algorithm has been revised:
　　・Improved tire behavior during wheel slip.
　　・Optimized road-surface and rolling resistance.
　　・Revised tire heating and wear values.
　　・Refined the loss of tire grip when Grip Reduction Off Track is set to Real.

　- Engine torque control has been refined:
　　・Improved throttle response while drifting.
　　・Improved vehicle speed control under partial throttle.

　- Suspension and steering physics have been revised:
　　・Optimized steering geometry for each car to improve the simulation of cornering forces.
　　・Reworked damper characteristics to provide more natural body movement and road-surface tracking.

　- Default setup values have been revised:
　　・Corrected initial suspension settings and adjustment ranges.
　　・Corrected initial differential settings and adjustment ranges.
　　・Corrected initial aerodynamic settings and adjustment ranges for race cars and certain road cars.

　- Performance Points (PP) values have been recalculated for cars throughout the game.

　- Individual vehicle parameters have been revised.

　- Maximum engine RPM has been revised for the following cars:
　　・Lexus RC F GT500 '16
　　・Nissan GT-R NISMO GT500 '16
　　・Super Formula SF19 Super Formula / Honda '19　
　　・Super Formula SF19 Super Formula / Toyota '19
　　・Super Formula SF23 Super Formula / Honda '23

　- The upshift simulation has been revised for the following cars so the transmission will not shift up unless the throttle is engaged:

　- Torque distribution control has been expanded for the following electric vehicle. Front-to-rear torque distribution can now be set anywhere from 0:100 to 100:0 through Car Settings or the Multi-Function Display:
　　・Hyundai IONIQ 5 N '24

　- The maximum electric-motor RPM has been revised for the following car:
　　・Audi e-tron Vision Gran Turismo

　- Fuel consumption rates have been revised for the following cars:
　　・Nissan Qashqai Tekna 190 2wd e-Power '22
　　・Honda CR-V e:HEV EX・Black Edition '21

　- Vehicle behavior during forced downshifts has been refined for cars using Manual shifting in Assistance Settings.

　- The following Driving Assists have been revised:
　　・The behaviour of the Traction Control (TCS) assist intervention has been optimised;
　　・The slip ratio control and cornering brake behaviour under ABS (Anti-Lock Brakes) has been adjusted.

2. Controllers
　- Wireless Controllers:
　　・Refined steering response for the analog sticks and directional pad.
　　・Improved throttle and brake response.

　- Steering Controllers:
　　・Revised Force Feedback torque strength and friction.
　　・Refined vibration effects during understeer.
　　・Improved throttle and brake input response.

　- Tuning Menu Auto Setup parameters have been revised for the Fanatec® GT DD Pro, GT DD Extreme and Podium:
　　・Selecting Auto Setup (AS or A SET) from the wheel's tuning menu will now apply a set of parameters optimized for Gran Turismo;
　　・A device firmware update may be required to enable Auto Setup;
　　・On the Podium, Auto Setup has been configured for Low Torque mode. Parameters must be set manually when using High Torque mode.

　- FullForce feedback effects are now supported on the Fanatec® GT DD Pro:
　　・The device will provide haptic feedback when the FullForce function is available;
　　・A firmware update is required to use this feature. (Please consult the manufacturer's support information for firmware updates.)

3. Mechanical Damage
　- We have revised the collision-force thresholds that trigger mechanical damage, as well as the effects of damage on vehicle performance.

　- A new Championship option is now available under Mechanical Damage. With this setting selected, vehicles sustain damage in the same manner as the Light setting, but damage can occur from less severe collisions. Recovery time also varies according to the severity of the damage.

4. Music Rally
　- All event ranking boards have been reset.

5. World Circuits
　- Target times for all Circuit Experience events have been revised, and demonstration replays have been updated accordingly. Rankings for all events have also been reset.

　- Performance Points (PP) regulations have been revised for the following event:
　　・Lightweight K Cup

6. License Center
　- Target times for all License tests have been revised, with demonstrations updated accordingly. Rankings for all events have also been reset.

7. Missions
　- All event ranking boards have been reset.

8. Penalties
　- Shortcut Penalty criteria have been made less strict.

9. Display Settings
　- On PlayStation®5 Pro, enabling PlayStation® Spectral Super Resolution (PSSR) will now use the latest version of PSSR.

10. Power Pack
　- Performance Points (PP) regulations have been revised for the following event:
　　・Bump Drafting

(The Power Pack is paid DLC available exclusively for the PlayStation®5 version of Gran Turismo 7.)

11. Localization
　- Corrected various text localization issues.

12. Others
　- Various other issues have been resolved.
