Round 7 and 8 are now open, including the final/qualification event
Round 7 and 8 are now open in "GT Academy 2012".
The 32 top online contestants at the end of Round 8, Event 5 will win a prize package to the GT Academy National Finals on July 12-14, 2012.
The course used for Round 8-5 is Twin Ring Motegi, which is revealed for the first time in Gran Turismo on PlayStation 3.
You can download "GT Academy 2012" from the PlayStation®Store and play any time until Round 8 ends. It is free of charge.
Regardless of your rankings in the final event, you will win a prize car that you can use in the Gran Turismo 5 full game, if you achieve Gold in all 5 sessions in any given round.
You will also win a special racing suit to use in the game, by clearing all rounds with Bronze or better results.
