Each TOYOTA Winner and TOYOTA Runner-Up agrees to take part in any reasonable publicity required by the Sponsor.
If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms or incorrect, illegible, fraudulent or other invalid or improper information has been provided, the Sponsor may in its sole discretion refuse to process an entry or fulfill any Prize awarded. If an Entrant fails to comply with these Terms, or uses multiple accounts and/or any automated system to enter, they will be excluded from the TOYOTA Competition and their entry will be declared void.

The TOYOTA Final
The TOYOTA Final is one (1) Live Event during which the North America Finalists shall race to determine the TOYOTA GR Supra GT Cup Final Live Event Winner (the “TOYOTA Cup Winner”).
The TOYOTA Final shall take place at the Tokyo Motor Show on October 25-26, 2019 in Tokyo, Japan.
The rules for the TOYOTA Final will be set out by Polyphony Digital prior to the commencement of the event.
The 3 North America Finalists shall, subject to the Country Cap (as defined in clause 35) compete in the TOYOTA Final.
There shall be a maximum of two (2) North America Finalists per Entrant Country (the “Country Cap”), up to a maximum of three (3) North America Finalists in total from the North America Region. Where an Entrant is ranked third in their Entrant Country, the next highest-ranking Entrant from a different Entrant Country shall advance to the TOYOTA Final (for North America). This means that an Entrant ranked 3rd or lower amongst the Entrants from their Entrant Country cannot be a North America Finalist even if their score is higher than an Entrant placed in the top 2 of another Entrant Country.
Subject to the Country Cap, in the event that a North America Finalist is unable to attend the TOYOTA Final, the Entrant with the next-highest Online Ranking (who is not already a Finalist) may be invited to participate in the TOYOTA Final for the North America Region and shall be notified as such by the Sponsor.
The “TOYOTA Final Winner” shall be the finalist with the highest score from all applicable Live Event races. The “Runners-Up” shall be the finalists with the second and third highest score from all applicable Live Event races.
The TOYOTA Final Winner shall be notified of their selection after the conclusion of the Live Event and can choose to claim their TOYOTA Cup Prize at that time. The Sponsor shall provide information relating to the TOYOTAL Final to the TOYOTA Finalists by email to the email address provided in the GT Sport Mode registration form.
The TOYOTA Final Winner will win a trophy. Two (2) Runners-Up will win a trophy each.
