Announcing the 'Gran Turismo World Series' 2026! Four Live Events Starting with Abu Dhabi in March

We are pleased to announce the opening of the 'Gran Turismo World Series' 2026, the championship to decide the best Gran Turismo player in the world.

The 2026 season of the 'Gran Turismo World Series' (GTWS) will feature two championships, the Nations Cup, where countries and territories are represented, and the Manufacturers Cup, where car manufacturers go head-to-head.

Four live events in major cities around the world, starting with Abu Dhabi on 28 March. Tickets on sale from today!

In the World Series Live Events, the top-ranked competitors who have made it through the Online Qualifiers travel around the world to various events. In 2026, there will again be a total of four events held across four cities around the globe. The opening round will be held in the capital of the United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi, making it the first GTWS event to be held in the Middle East.

The action starts on 28 March 2026 with 'Round 1 - Abu Dhabi'.

The event will be held at the 'Space42 Arena' close to the Yas Marina Circuit, where 24 of the world's best drivers, 12 in the Nations Cup and 12 in the Manufacturers Cup, will battle it out in person.

Tickets to watch this event live on location go on sale today.

Attendants can choose between a Standard Ticket (130 AED) or a Premium Ticket (150 AED) to get even closer to the action. Either of these two ticket types will grant access to watch both the Manufacturers Cup and Nations Cup races.

Discounted tickets are also available for under 18s. (Under 18s must be accompanied by a full price ticket holder.)

We hope you take this opportunity to come and watch the world's greatest drivers live in person!

Join the Online Qualifiers starting 14 January for your chance to compete in the live events

The Online Qualifiers, which determine the drivers participating in the live events, will be held from 14 January (for the Manufacturers Cup) and 11 February (for the Nations Cup), each comprised of six rounds.

36 drivers for the Manufacturers Cup (three drivers per team) and nine drivers for the Nations Cup will be selected from the top-ranked players in each respective 'GT1 League' of the Online Qualifiers to participate in the live events.

The Online Qualifiers are open to all players. If you think you have what it takes, or even if you don't, don't miss this opportunity to take part.
