L'ultima fase della Nations Cup si è svolta il 3 agosto, con il tedesco TRL_LIGHTNING in testa alla classifica con un vantaggio formidabile.
La gara finale della fase si è svolta su Autodrome Lago Maggiore - GP. È stata una gara monomarca su X2019 Competition, la stessa auto utilizzata nel World Tour.
La gara è iniziata con un colpo di scena, vale a dire l'assenza di TRL_LIGHTNING. In virtù di quest'assenza, i favoriti alla vittoria erano il francese TRL_TSUTSU, l'ungherese Williams_Fuvaros e lo spagnolo Williams_Coque14, ma i tre hanno dovuto vedersela con un contendente imprevisto. Il finlandese maatu79, partito in seconda posizione, ha attaccato da subito e sorpassato TRL_TSUTSU alla prima curva, portandosi in testa. TRL_TSUTSU è stato poi sorpassato anche da Williams_Fuvaros, perdendo il contatto con i primi.

maatu79 è rimasto in testa per diversi giri, ma al sesto è stato raggiunto da Williams_Fuvaros. L'ungherese aveva già familiarizzato con la X2019 Competition in occasione del World Tour.

Il vantaggio di maatu79 si è ridotto a 1,5 secondi all'inizio del giro finale, ma l'inseguimento di Williams_Fuvaros non è culminato nel sorpasso.

maatu79 ha così ottenuto una vittoria spettacolare e inattesa, che però non gli è valsa l'ingresso nella Top 10 in classifica generale. È stato un finale in linea con il campionato 2019, ricco di colpi di scena. Alla fine è stato TRL_LIGHTNING a risultare in testa alla classifica, incontrastato.
