The Sport Mode is an official online race series held within Gran Turismo Sport. The series will be operated by Sony Interactive Entertainment Inc. and its designated outsource or affiliated companies (The ‘Sport Mode Administration Office’ hereafter).
Participation to the Sport Mode requires agreement with all items on these terms and conditions. Those who wish to participate must agree to the following terms and fill out the required form to participate. In addition to these terms and conditions, the terms and conditions for the PlayStation™Network (‘PSN Terms and Conditions’ hereafter) also applies to the participation in the Sport Mode. * The registration of information for participating in the Sport Mode will not change or update the registered information in your SEN account. In regards to making changes to the registered SEN account information, please refer to [https://asia.playstation.com/en-hk/psn/account/].
Competitors in the Sport Mode must exercise sportsmanship, maintain fair play, and maintain and exercise good etiquette and manners towards other competitors at all times.
Sport Mode competitors must also maintain courtesy and politeness towards other participating players not only during game play, but also in all communications including text chats, text boards, and through SNS.
The Sport Mode Administration Office will monitor the gameplay and communications made by Sport Mode Competitors, and reserves the right to deny a competitor’s participation to the Sport Mode if it judges that there was any misconduct by the competitor.
The Sport Mode Administration Office will work to maintain fairness in competition as it is in real life motorsports.
The information registered at the time of Sport Mode participation (‘Registered Information’ hereon) will be securely managed by the Sport Mode Administration Office, and will be used for the following purposes:

Correction and deletion of personal information such as email addresses can be performed from the Options menu within Gran Turismo Sport.

During the operation of the Sport Mode, the Sport Mode Administration Office can delete the data of participating competitors without notice to the participant.
The Sport Mode Administration Office does not guarantee the Sport Mode’s completeness, accuracy, effectiveness, innocence, or the compatibility of the participant to its usage objective.
The Sport Mode Administration Office will not take any responsibility for any damages incurred to the participating competitor or a third party due to the usage of the Sport Mode by the participant competitor.
Regardless of the reason, the Sport Mode Administration Office will not take any responsibility for partial or full loss of data of the participating competitor, or when the data is deleted by the Sports Mode Administration Office.
Regardless of the reason, the Sport Mode Administration Office will not take any responsibility for any damages incurred to a participant competitor due to an interruption or cancellation of the Sport Mode.
If it is judged that a participating competitor has violated this Participation Terms and Conditions or the PSN Terms and Conditions, the Sport Mode Administration Office may stop a participant competitor’s usage of the Sport Mode, and take other necessary measures without notice.
