Fending off retaliation from Australia, Japan wins the championship series 290 points ahead!
Test Season 3 Overview

The third test season of the Nations cupwas held across 6 rounds starting from November 19 to the 25th. JUN-_-JEEEENbecame champion last season with just a 12 points difference with 2ndplace; this season was bound to be a close battle with rivals once again.

The opening round was a 10 lap Group 3 race on the Kyoto Driving Park Yamagiwa.

Drivers from Japan (JUN-_-JEEEEN), Australia (Nik_Makozi),and HongKong (saika159) were all present in the time slot, with some very close racing. In the end JUN-_-JEEEEN of Japan was victorious with 1501 points in this race, with 2nd place going to Hong Kong with 1422 points, and 3rd place to Australia with 1343 points. Jipapa of Japan who participated in a different time slot also acquired 1418 points, keeping the point rankings very close.

In the 2nd round, Hong Kong (saika159-) didnot participate and dropped from the rankings, and GTIC_RamStig of Indonesia now rose up the rankings at this point.

At the end of round 3, in the lead was Japan with JUN-_-JEEEEN/ 4099pts, Indonesia in 2nd place with GTIC_RamStig / 3831pts, and Japan againin 3rd with jipapa / 3778pts.

The 4th round on Thursday was a one make race in the Lancer Evolution, on the Tokyo Expressway East Route Inner Loop. Here, Japan (JUN-_-JEEEEN) did not participate, while GTIC_RamStig of Indonesia gained 9 more points, and L-shooter_RB26 of Japan overtook jipapa to enter 3rd place.

The big turning point of this season was round 5. In the 10 lap Gr. 3 race on the Dragon Trail, there was a direct match between JUN-_-JEEEEN, jipapa, and s-shohei of Japan who started from race 3,plus saika159- of Hong Kong. Meanwhile L-shooter_RB26(Japan) and GTIC_RamStig skipped this race.

With pole position JUN-_-JEEEEN seemed to have the advantage in the race final, but s-shohei of Japan managed to overtake JUN-_-JEEEEN and win the race. However in the point rankings, while s-shohei acquired 1581 points JUN-_-JEEEEN in second place still gained 1497 points,putting JUN-_-JEEEEN way ahead of the others. In a different time slot Nik_Makoziof Australia also won the race, and rose to 2nd place in the point rankings with 4055 points.

In the final round; Australia was eyeing to make a comeback, while the Japanese drivers like L-shooter_RB26 aimed to raise their score.

The 10 lap Group 4 race on the Brands Hatch GP circuit saw JUN-_-JEEEEN (Japan),Nik_Makozi (Australia), and L-shooter_RB26 in the same race in the 3rd time slot. Here again, JUN-_-JEEEEN who had pole position surprisingly dropped to 3rd, and L-shooter_RB26 starting from 2nd place won the race. Nik_Makozi of Australia ended the race in 2nd place. With this result, while L-shooter_RB26 gained 1415 points and raised his cumulative total by 200, he was still not in the range of the top 3. This then meant it would be the third consecutive series victory for Japan, with JUN-_-JEEEEN chalking up 2 series wins in a row.
