A new update for Gran Turismo 7 has been released. The following is a list of the main features and adjustments introduced.

Main Features Implemented

1. Opening Movie

　- The opening cinematic that plays when starting up the game has been updated. After the update, the 'Play Opening Movie' option will be set to 'On' when the game will be started the next time.

2. Cars

　- The following eight cars have been added:

3. Tyres

　- Japanese tyre maker 'Dunlop' has been added.

4. World Circuits

　- The following two new tracks have been added:

　- The following new layout has been added for 'Time Trial' only:
　　・Nürburgring Endurance II

　- 'Circuit Experience' has been added to the following tracks:

　- A new Channel and Museum section for 'Dunlop' has been added for Asia-Pacific (Japan).
　- A new Channel and Museum section for 'Polestar' has been added for Europe (Sweden).
　- A new Channel for 'Mine's' has been added for Asia-Pacific (Japan).
　- New Museum entries for 'Brembo' have been added for Europe (Italy).

6. Café

　- New 'Seasonal Menu' has been added, where different cars can be collected each season to unlock extra rewards. The 'Seasonal Menu' will appear after clearing Menu Book No. 39 ('Championship: World GT Series') and having watched the ending;

　- The following Extra Menus have been added:
　　・Extra Menu No. 48: 'Collection: Alfa Romeo Legends' (Collector Level 70 and above);
　　・Extra Menu No. 49: 'Collection: Legendary Road Racers' (Collector Level 66 and above);
　　・Extra Menu No. 50: 'Collection: Audi TT' (Collector Level 52 and above);
　　・Extra Menu No. 51: 'Collection: Mazda' (Collector Level 57 and above);

Extra Menus will appear after clearing Menu Book No. 39 (Championship: World GT Series) and having watched the ending.

　- Added new sets of conversations with the Characters appearing in the Café. These new conversations can be accessed by changing to the following cars in 'Garage' and speaking with the Characters in the Café:

9. Data Logger

　- The Data Logger has been added, allowing players to go back and analyse driving data from their replays in modes like Time Trial and Drift Trial. Players can load replay data upon finishing a run, load from saved replays or download replays from the top online rankings. This feature is available in the following modes:

　・Licence Centre
　・Circuit Experience

10. Power Pack

　- Available now, the 'Power Pack' is a paid DLC only available for the PlayStation®5 version of 'Gran Turismo 7' that aims to deliver a realistic racing experience, featuring 50 races across 20 categories based on nations and car culture, including 24 hour races, all presented as full sessions with practice, qualifying and final race, and comes bundled with 5,000,000 In-game Credits. Look forward to gripping tail-to-nose races against the racing AI agent 'Gran Turismo Sophy 3.0'!

The 'Power Pack' content will appear after clearing Menu Book No. 9 'Championship: Tokyo Highway Parade.'

11. PlayStation®Store

4. Steering Controllers

　- Added simulated friction on certain force feedback steering wheel controllers to bring the steering feel closer to the one of the real car. When turning the wheel, smooth resistance can be felt;
　- Enabled FullForce feedback effects on the Fanatec® GT DD Extreme. If you experience any issues with this feature, please try the following solutions:
　　・Set 'Options' > 'Controllers' > 'Vibration function (P1)' to 'Off.' (This will disable FullForce feedback.)
　　・Update your steering controller to the latest firmware. (Please consult manufacturer support for firmware updates.)
　- Disabled the rotary encoders of the Fanatec® GT DD Extreme wheel due to inputs registered unintentionally.

5. Multiplayer

　- Added 'Room ID' setting to 'Lobby';
　- Added 'Enter Room ID' to the room selection screen in 'Lobby';
　- Added 'Private' to Room Privacy settings in 'Lobby'. Private rooms can only be accessed by entering the Room ID on the room selection screen.
　- Changed the default search Region in the room selection screen to 'Same Region';
　- Added the following options to Race Settings:
　　・Minimum No. of Pit Stops
　　・Required Tyre Type Change

　- Added 'Disabled' to the Slipstream Strength settings;
　- Added the following filters to the Regulation Settings:
　　・Year (Lower Limit)
　　・Year (Upper Limit)
　　・Drivetrain
　　・Aspiration

　- Pressing the triangle button on the Room screen now displays the specs of all cars entered.

6. Localisation
　- Fixed various text localisation issues.

7. Others
　- Various other issues have been addressed.
