For a limited time only, PlayStation®Store will be offering free downloads of Gran Turismo 5 time trial Challenge - a special playable time trial from Gran Turismo®5, scheduled to launch in 2010.

Give it a try – players with the top online rankings will be rewarded with special prizes and “experiences”. Also, be sure to check this site often for regular updates on event info.

How to Enter

Connect your PlayStation®3 (PS3™) to the PlayStation®Network, and download the Gran Turismo 5 Time Trial Challenge from the PlayStation®Store to participate.

Event Details

You will participate in time trials for both the normal car and the tuned car.
In the Online Ranking, there is a “Total Ranking”, which is the total time of both of your time trials. You will be evaluated by your place in the “Total Ranking” at the completion of the event.

Event Duration (also duration of game availability)

December 17th, 2009 (Thur) – Noon, February 15th, 2010 (Mon)

 

※*You will be able to race from the time the event finishes until 9am February 25th, 2010 (Thur), however results will not be registered on the Ranking Board. The replay data of top ranking players from this period will be available for download and viewing.
※The game will cease to load from 9am February 25th, 2010 (Wed), and download and viewing of replay data will no longer be available.

※Please be sure to use software downloaded from the PlayStation®Store from your specific country/region. Software downloaded from other countries/regions will not be officially registered.
